With expertise in both mental health and substance use, Ashley frequently incorporates mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths-Based Therapy to help clients work toward their personal goals.
Ashley understands that beginning counseling can feel uncomfortable or anxiety-provoking. She prioritizes creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and moving at a pace that feels right for them.
