Welcome!
I’m Ashley, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC). I enjoy working alongside individuals and couples as they navigate through the ride of life.
I have knowledge and training in both the mental health and substance use worlds. I commonly use mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Strengths Based Therapy to help assist individuals in meeting their personal goals.
Taking the leap into counseling can be uncomfortable and a bit anxiety-provoking. I value creating a safe and welcoming space for all who enter.
