Are you a graduate-level intern, pre-licensed clinician, or licensed mental health clinician looking for a practice where you can develop your skills while making a real difference? At Serenity Circle Counseling, we’re more than a mental health agency—we’re a community that values connection, collaboration, and professional growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to serve a small community while supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families on their healing journeys—all while working alongside a compassionate and collaborative team.
We are especially interested in connecting with:
✨ Play therapists or clinicians interested in developing their play therapy skills
✨ EMDR-trained therapists who are available to provide in-person services
Internship Opportunities
• Graduate-level internships may begin as early as January 1, 2027
• Interns must be enrolled in a master’s degree program in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field
• All internship hours must be completed in person at our Isanti location
• Telehealth is not available for internship hours at Serenity Circle Counseling
• Individual and group consultation are available
• Hands-on learning, mentorship, and guidance from experienced clinicians
Independent Contractor Opportunities
• Opportunities for pre-licensed and licensed clinicians
• One to two days per week beginning in Fall 2026
• Three to five days per week beginning in January 2027
• Availability depends on the number of days desired and the needs of the practice
• Services are provided in person at our Isanti location

We are currently building a larger Serenity Circle Counseling facility in Isanti to meet the growing need for mental health services in our community. The expanded space will allow us to accommodate additional clinicians, broaden available services, and continue growing our team in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
Because of our commitment to continuity of care, we are seeking clinicians interested in building a long-term practice with Serenity Circle Counseling. Our goal is to provide consistent, uninterrupted care for clients while fostering lasting relationships within our team.

Serenity Circle Counseling is seeking a compassionate psychiatric medication prescriber to provide in-person services at our Isanti, Minnesota, location.
We are a locally owned mental health practice committed to prioritizing the well-being of both our clients and staff. By adding medication management services, we hope to make coordinated, comprehensive care more accessible for children, teens, adults, and families in our community.
Current Opportunities
• Office space available one to two days per week beginning in Fall 2026
• Opportunities for three or more days per week beginning in January 2027
