rachel meyer, MA, LMFT
I am a passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been practicing for the last 11 years in outpatient, residential, in-home, and community mental health settings. I truly enjoy being a guide to helping individuals get back to being who they are meant to be and living to their full potential. I use a strengths-based and compassionate approach and believe that my clients are the experts on themselves. I draw on a variety of methods but most of all I value being authentic, warm, open, and direct. I think of myself as being down-to-earth, creative, and having a realistic approach to the healing process. I look forward to working with you!
