About Katie

Katie Keran is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bethel University and her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She has experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, school-based, and day treatment settings.

Katie uses an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

Katie is dedicated to creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable to be themselves, explore their experiences, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
