Erik Johnson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who serves as an independent contractor with Serenity Circle Counseling and offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.
Erik enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families as they navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. He values creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected, and where meaningful change can begin.
Erik takes a relational and strengths-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. He is also trained in Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP).
His work is especially focused on understanding patterns within relationships and family systems, helping clients reduce distress, build healthier connections, strengthen communication, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
