About Carol

Carol values walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they seek change, healing, and hope. Using a family systems approach, she supports clients facing relationship challenges, grief, trauma, pregnancy and adoption-related issues, anxiety, and depression. Carol is trained in crisis intervention, Brainspotting, and is a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator. She also utilizes the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, having completed Level 1 Training.

Carol earned her post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is grateful to serve as an independent contractor at Serenity Circle Counseling. While based in the Isanti location, Carol conducts most of her sessions via telehealth.

Her specialized Brainspotting training involves using targeted eye positioning and bilateral auditory stimulation through headphones to facilitate healing from trauma.
