Carol is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who serves as an independent contractor with Serenity Circle Counseling. She earned her post-graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and conducts most of her sessions via telehealth.
Carol values walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they seek change, healing, and hope. Using a family systems approach, she supports clients navigating relationship challenges, grief, trauma, pregnancy and adoption-related concerns, anxiety, and depression.
She is trained in crisis intervention and Brainspotting, is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, and has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
Carol’s Brainspotting training incorporates focused eye positioning and bilateral auditory stimulation to support the processing of trauma and distressing experiences.
