Kieran supports individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and evidence-based care. He draws on approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method to help clients find meaningful paths forward.
Kieran creates a collaborative, respectful space where clients feel seen and supported. He works with a range of concerns—relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, and personal growth—while honoring each person’s unique strengths and capacity for healing.
With a special focus on men’s mental health, Kieran helps clients explore emotional wellbeing, identity, and connection—challenging limiting cultural norms and supporting more authentic ways of being.
Kieran holds a B.A. in Psychological Science with a minor in Japanese Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. He has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is currently earning his M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary. Compared to seasoned therapists who may have full caseloads or long waitlists, interns often have more open slots and flexible scheduling.
Interns are passionate about helping others and committed to their professional development. You'll be working with someone who is highly motivated and attentive to your needs.
All interns receive supervision from licensed therapists, meaning your care benefits from both your intern’s attention and their supervisor’s expertise.
Interns are trained in the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and bring a modern perspective to therapy.
By working with an intern, you play a role in shaping a new therapist’s career while receiving meaningful support for your own growth
Interns typically offer services at reduced rates, making therapy more accessible.
