About Jenna

Jenna Pulkrabek is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides individual therapy for adults and teens, as well as couples counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Psychology from Bemidji State University and her Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota.

Jenna brings extensive experience from Setting IV educational programs, where she supported students with significant Emotional and Behavioral Disorders and their families. This background informs her trauma-informed, systems-focused approach to therapy.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jenna is EMDRIA-certified and an EMDRIA-approved EMDR consultant.

Jenna partners with clients to provide effective, individualized care, integrating psychoeducation and encouraging clients to take an active role in their healing and growth.
